Dedicated to the
Peace of Israel
Jerry and Judy Ball were called to minister to Israel in 1995. Since then they have taken over 20 teams to intercede for the nation, including in recent years, students from campuses of America. They strategically travel to cities and the borders to pray. They also minister to many congregations and prayer ministries in the Land.
"Knowing about Israel is like seeing in black and white. Being in Israel is like seeing (God’s) technicolor."
Intercession Tours
For 19 years, the International Christian Embassy of Jerusalem (ICEJ) has invited Breaker of Dawn Ministries to bring 20-25 intercessors to Israel to intercede for the 5000-7000 pilgrims who come up to Jerusalem from all over the world to worship the King. "Now it will come about that in the last days, the mountain of the house of the LORD will be established as the chief of the mountains, and will be raised above the hills; and all the nations will stream to it." - Isaiah 2:2
What do we do? We pray for the staff, the speakers, musicians, dancers and release what the Lord gives us to the nations. This year, the declaration is that it is a set time for scales to come off the eyes of the Jews and for blinders to come off the eyes of the Gentiles worldwide.
Other things that we do beside the feast: This team has ministered for 19 years to congregations and prayer centers throughout Israel. This includes David & Karen Davis at the Kehilat HaCarmel Worship Center in Haifa - there were pray for leaders, staff, and the Sudanese refugees. We've also prayed for 19 years for Eric and Terri Morey at the Sea of Gaillee, and Avi and Chaya Mizrachi in Tel Aviv. For 20 years we've gone to the CBN studio to intercede for Chris Mitchell and his staff. We've ministered to Asher Intrater's congregation, at Rick Ridings' Succat Hillel House of Prayer and the Israel Prayer Tower on Ben Yehuda Street that belongs to the King of Kings (Breaker of Dawn was there for 10 days to intercede when this prayer tower was being opened).
Some other things the trip includes: baptism at the Jordan River, boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, visits to the Garden of Gethsemane, Garden Tomb, the Old City and the Wall, and the ICEJ Jersualem March, where thousands march throughout the city of Jerusalem. The opening night of the ICEJ Feast of Tabernacles is in the desert of En Gedi with a full moon with the nations worshiping and dancing before the Lord.

“Worshipping in Houses of Prayer gave us a glimpse of how it will be when Jesus returns for His people, gathered from every state and nation before the great King of kings.”
“Year by year, the unity of the believers growing from the nations and with many of the Israelites, including both Jews and Gentiles, speaks of the “increase of His government and peace; there is no end!”
The International Embassy of Jerusalem
The ICEJ was established in the 1980’s as an act of solidarity with the Jewish people in recognition of their 3,000 year old claim and connection to Jerusalem. Today, the ICEJ stands at the forefront of a growing mainstream movement of Christians worldwide who share a love and concern for Israel.
The mission of the ICEJ and Breaker of Dawn is Isaiah 40:1 which reads “Comfort ye comfort ye My people, says the Lord.” To that end, Breaker of Dawn has lead intercession for the ICEJ since 1997, praying for its leaders and the 7,000 Christians who attend the annual Feast of Tabernacles celebration.
As intercessors, Jerry and Judy also attend many of the ICEJ International Representative meetings, ministering to the representatives from the nation as well as the staff from America and Israel.
